Who we are

The Blacklist is run by Northloop ([TRADING NAME / LEGAL NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], [COMPANY NUMBER IF A LIMITED COMPANY]). Email: hello@northloop.me.uk.

What you’re buying

Digital templates: Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files, delivered as a zip download. Nothing is posted to you. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay.

Paying

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your contract with us starts when your payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Straight after payment you’ll see a download page, and we email the same link to the address you gave at checkout. Links work for 30 days. If yours runs out or the email doesn’t arrive, email us with your order email address and we’ll send a new one.

Cancelling and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download is made available, if you’ve agreed to this. At checkout you tick a box to ask for immediate access and to confirm you understand you lose the right to cancel.

This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t as described, email us and we’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t, we’ll refund you.

Licence: what you can do with the templates

• You can edit, brand and use the templates as often as you like to run your own business (or one business you work for), and send the completed documents to your clients, staff and suppliers.
• You can’t resell, share, give away or publish the templates themselves, whether edited or not, or include them in another template product or course.
• Agencies and freelancers may use them to produce finished documents for their own clients, but not hand over the blank templates.

The templates remain our copyright. Buying one gives you this licence, not ownership.

Not legal, tax or HR advice

The templates are written for UK small businesses as a practical starting point. They aren’t legal, financial, tax, health and safety or HR advice, and laws change. Check the current rules on GOV.UK, HMRC and HSE, and get professional advice before relying on any contract, policy or assessment. You’re responsible for how you complete and use them.

Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren’t responsible for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity, because the templates are tools you complete yourself. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
